You share basic contact and project details, and we try to connect you with vetted contractors near you. Then you compare written quotes, ask questions, check licenses and insurance yourself, and decide whether to hire anyone.

What you tell us

You start at get matched. We ask for contact and project-intent details only: your name, phone, email, project type, city or ZIP, timeline, and preferred language.

We do not need financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, income documents, or other sensitive personal records. The goal is simple: understand your remodel and help connect you with local contractors who may fit.

How the matching process works

Here is the basic process:

1. You send your project details through our form.
2. We review the project type, location, timeline, and language preference.
3. If we have participating contractors that may be a fit, we connect you.
4. Contractors may contact you to learn more, schedule a visit, and prepare written quotes.
5. You compare your options and choose who to hire — or choose no one.

There is no cost to use Keystone Reno as a homeowner. Participating contractors pay a flat fee to be included, but the service is always free for you.

We try to connect homeowners with contractors who are licensed and insured where that applies, but you should always verify this yourself before signing anything. That means checking the contractor's license status, asking for proof of insurance, and making sure the business name matches the contract.
